Fixed firefighting system

FIXED EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM BASED ON BONPET LIQUID

  • Effective extinguishing with relatively little amount of BONPET liquid: in cases of fire class A or B 5l/m2 maximum
  • The BONPET liquid biodegrades; no pollution after fire extinguishing
  • The extinguishing happens without closing the rooms down (contrary to the gas-based method)
  • To start the extinguishing, there is no need for evacuation
  • The surfaces will be covered by a film layer which prevents the fire to reburn
  • Technically easy and cost-effective maintenance
  • Efficiency, which is proved by extinguished fires in rooms full of paint, flammable liquids, transformators, and fires caused by wood and plastic
  • The BONPET liquid does no harm in the human body or the environment

THE FIXED SYSTEM’S FUNCTIONING

To function as a fixed system is justified by simpicity of the operation and maintenance. The BONPET liquid is in a pressure container. The operating pressure are maintained by the constrictor valves in the nitrogen drums. In the extinguishing zone there are automatic and manual fire alarms which are supervised by the control centre. The inflow of the liquid into the pipes are blocked by the ball valves which are opened by the control centre making it possible for the liquid to flow right to the spreaders placed in the extinguishing area.

INSTALLATION PLACES

According to the BONPET Fixed system’s functioning and liquid’s characteristics it is very effective in the following areas:

  • Rooms which contain paint
  • Transformators (indoors or outdoors)
  • Hydrailuc generators
  • Vacuum-tempering machines for plastic shaping
  • Rooms which contain flammable liquids
  • Timber industry
  • Warehouses
  • Petrol stations
